Job summary

KPS Global LLC, the leading provider of insulated panel systems for walk-ins across convenience, grocery, and industrial markets, is seeking an assembler to join its Fort Worth team. The role follows established procedures to assemble parts, install components, and meet safety, quality, and productivity standards while satisfying customer requirements.

You will read diagrams, use hand tools and power tools, handle materials, and complete the related paperwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Experience with hand tools and basic wiring is a plus.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-assemblies and install components per diagrams and blueprints.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and customer requirements.
• Operate hand tools and electrical/pneumatic power tools.
• Load, unload, lift and move materials and products using lifting equipment when available.
• Complete and maintain related paperwork, barcodes, checklists and shipping materials.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards.
