Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring an Assembler in Maple Grove, MN. You will build, inspect, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy at every step. The role offers steady hours, overtime as needed, and an early morning shift with weekend variant hours.

Pay starts at $17.25 per hour with overtime opportunities and summer hours adjustments. You’ll work with a supportive team and use basic tooling and blueprints to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• 1+ year of assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments on time.
• Experience reading blueprints and using hand tools.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility for overtime when needed.
• Safety shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Vacuum Insulated Panels using written or visual instructions.
• Pack and label products to get them shipment-ready while preventing damage.
• Keep track of inventory using manual or electronic systems.
• Operate material handling equipment to move material in the warehouse (pallet jack, lift truck, 2-wheeler, etc.) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Follow company quality standards and safety policies.
• Collaborate with your team and stay flexible to meet production goals.
