Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local customer in San Diego, CA for Assembler positions. This is a great opportunity to build on your existing assembly skills while learning new ones in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Roles range from level 1 to level 5, with pay between $20.00 and $30.00 per hour DOE. First and second shifts are available, plus OT during the week and weekends. Weekly pay, access to Adecco Aspire Academy, and comprehensive benefits are also offered.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of related electronic or mechanical assembly experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices including torque wrenches, drills, rulers, tape measures, and scales.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into final configured products using assembly drawings, wire lists, tools, fixtures, and measuring equipment.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, operation sheets, and visual aids to complete builds accurately.
• Perform rework and repairs on circuit boards, including soldering and incorporating ECNs.
• Verify product quality and accuracy at required intervals while meeting productivity and quality standards.
