Employment Solutions is hiring an Assembly Worker/Tester for our client in Wallingford, CT. This is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented manufacturing position involving small‑part assembly and product testing.

You will assemble components, follow instructions, use hand tools and testing equipment, and document results. The position offers Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, with a temp‑to‑hire opportunity in Wallingford.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, testing, or production preferred.
• Small-part, electronic, electromechanical, or precision assembly experience is a plus.
• Soldering or wiring experience helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small, precision components and sensor assemblies.
• Follow work instructions and production procedures.
• Use hand tools and testing equipment.
• Perform basic testing, inspections, and quality checks.
• Document production and testing results.
• Identify and report defects or issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
