Autonomy Staffing is seeking an assembler to join our Greenville, SC team. This hands-on role focuses on small parts assembly and soldering with emphasis on precision and quality.

You will read technical drawings, use tools, assemble and test products, and help ensure timely completion while keeping a clean, organized workspace. A high school diploma is required; prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Previous experience in assembly or soldering is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high quality standards.
• Excellent manual dexterity for small parts.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small parts per instructions and blueprints.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble and test products.
• Solder components to boards, wiring, and parts as required.
• Inspect assembled parts to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues with the team.
• Maintain organized and safe work environment.
• Keep detailed records of materials used and products assembled.
• Assist in packaging and shipping assembled products when needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the area.
