Job summary

Ludlum Measurements, Inc. in Sweetwater, Texas is seeking an assembler to join our team. Training is provided and you will assemble various components with a focus on quality and safety.

This is a full-time, in-person position with opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment. You will read blueprints, follow specifications, and use machines and hand tools to complete assemblies. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and basic repair skills.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and schematics and build to those specs
• Detail-oriented and team-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office for logs/records
• Ability to follow instructions and perform basic repairs
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Assembles machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment and other manufactured products according to directions
• Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies
• Maintains equipment and conveyors and performs basic repairs when needed
• Inventories tools, parts, or supplies; contact materials handler if supplies are needed
• Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor
• Performs other related duties as assigned
