Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Precision Assembler to prepare and assemble a variety of equipment, following drawings and work orders, and perform required tests. You will disassemble and reassemble during repairs, and ensure cleanliness and compliance with procedures.

You will read blueprints, use micrometers, CMM, and other tools, document results, and support continuous improvement while staying safety-conscious and ready for overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years relevant experience.
• General certificate of education or vocational training.

Responsibilities

• Assemble to drawings and work orders, perform tests as required.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble during repairs.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Write routine reports and communicate with peers and supervisors.
• Overtime and weekend work as needed.
