Job summary

Flowserve US Inc. is seeking a Precision Assembler to prepare assembly work, assemble equipment and perform tests. The role includes disassembly, cleaning, inspecting and reassembly during repairs, using modern materials and tools to ensure high-quality products for customers.

You will read blueprints, follow procedures, maintain safety, and document work. Applicants should have HS Diploma or GED and basic manufacturing experience; weekend overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Complete assemblies according to drawings, instructions and work orders.
• Demonstrates advanced understanding of inspection equipment and their uses.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Capable of basic math and unit conversions.

Responsibilities

• Complete assemblies according to drawings, instructions, and work orders, performing testing when required.
• Demonstrates an advanced understanding of inspection equipment to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Ensure all parts are clean prior to assembly and that assemblies are completed properly following procedures.
• Operate precision measuring tools (micrometers, vernier, CMM) in a warehouse environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within assembly.
