Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs; team lifts over 30 lbs as needed.

• Collaborate with assembly team to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Maintain organized workspace and handle housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Pull assigned work from racks or obtain from supervisor.
• Clock in and out of jobs.
• Lay out each job neatly.
• Read and use prints or manuals to verify build.
• Assemble job quickly and correctly.
• Identify and prevent potential errors before they occur.
• Examine parts to ensure conformity to specifications and report issues.
• Present completed work to supervisor for testing and verification.
• Understand which hand tools do what and use them properly.
• Build all sub-assemblies (#1's).
• Collaborate with assembly department to address challenges and optimize processes.
• Clean, bag, and tag completed work; perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean workspace; perform general housekeeping.
• Follow all safety protocols.
