Job summary

Radian in Memphis, TN is seeking an Assembler to join the production team. You will assemble products per work instructions, verify parts, sort and package items, and help maintain quality and safety standards on the shop floor.

The role requires a High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in manufacturing or assembly. You should be able to lift up to 40 lbs, read work orders, and use basic tools and MS Office as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing/assembly experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Effective communication skills.
• PC literate (MS Office) preferred.
• Simple math skills; read work orders/instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per work instructions.
• Attach parts to form finished product.
• Perform quality inspections for accuracy.
• Include inserts and packaging into clam shells or blister packs.
• Remove product from bags for assembly.
• Count product to meet work orders.
• Read work orders or instructions to determine tasks.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform safety inspections in manufacturing settings.
• Other duties as assigned.
