Destaco, part of the Microwave Products Group within Dover Corporation, is seeking a Precision Assembler to operate and maintain assembly line equipment at our Ventura, California facility. You will move, pack and sort materials, monitor quality and document production activity, and assist lower level staff as needed.

The role is full-time, onsite with comprehensive benefits including 401(k), medical/dental/vision, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Operates and maintains assembly line machinery at fixed workstation.
• Monitors production quality and keeps daily production records.
• Provides assistance and training to lower level employees.

• Maintains accurate daily assembly production records for performance analysis.
