Job summary

Lou-Rich Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will perform sub-assembly and final assembly on mechanical and electrical components, using calibrated tools, drawings, and ISO procedures to meet customer specifications.

You will read blueprints, set up jobs, inspect parts, and work with engineers to resolve discrepancies. A focus on quality, safety, and teamwork is required, with attention to detail and the ability to handle lifting and overhead

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
1–2 years of assembly experience preferred.
Knowledge of ISO procedures desirable.
Able to read routings, BOMs, assembly drawings and notes.

Responsibilities

Perform sub-assembly and final assembly on mechanical and electrical components.
Use hand/power tools and calibrated equipment to meet specifications.
Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and routings; follow ISO procedures.
Set up jobs and verify parts against BOM and drawings.
Inspect parts and assemblies for quality; communicate discrepancies to engineers.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area; follow safety guidelines.
Operate overhead hoist/crane as needed to position assemblies.
Read and interpret sketches to identify non-conformances.
Perform other duties as assigned.
