Haworth is seeking an on-site assembler to independently prepare products for final shipment. You will coordinate materials, perform final quality inspections, and update production systems to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires following safety protocols, packaging finished goods, and supporting continuous improvement while meeting daily production targets. The position involves using hand and power tools, lifting and staging products for the next step, and potentially cross-training in

Formación

• Minimum of 8th grade education.
• Military equivalency may be considered.
• One year of manufacturing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Independently assembles and prepares products for final shipment.
• Coordinates materials and updates production systems.
• Performs final quality inspections and packaging.
• Resolves routine production issues while meeting safety and quality requirements.
• Packages final product and stages for shipment.
• Uses hand tools, power tools, and may operate equipment.
• Follows safety policies and standard work procedures.
• Cross trains and performs in other job functions as needed.
