Job summary

Acuity Foam is seeking an assembler to produce hand-cut and assembled parts on our manufacturing floor. You will read work orders and blueprints, set up equipment, and support fabrications for a range of products.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months assembler or related experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required or desired
• Ability to understand/communicate basic English
• Ability to read a ruler and perform basic measurements

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and blueprints to determine the process.
• Set up and operate equipment for gluing, fusing, sawing, and assembly.
• Observe equipment operation to detect defects and malfunctions.
• Maintain production records and ensure tolerances are met.
• Keep a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Stack, mark, pack and transport finished pieces as needed
