Job summary

Randstad USA in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a skilled assembler to join our network for consistent pay and flexible short-term manufacturing assignments.

As an assembler you will follow schematics to perform complex or repetitive assembly, operate hand and power tools, conduct quality inspections, and complete basic wiring or soldering as needed. You will adapt quickly to different client environments and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience with precision assembly following schematics or blueprints.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment.
• Perform in-process and final visual inspections of assembled parts.
• Wiring/soldering tasks to connect components.
• Quickly learn new procedures for short-term mandates.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly following detailed schematics, blueprints, or work instructions.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment as required.
• Conduct in-process and final visual inspections for defects and correct them.
• Wiring, soldering, or harnessing tasks to connect components when required.
• Adapt quickly to new assembly procedures and client production environments.
