Manpower in Florida is seeking an assembler to work as part of a team, responsible for assembling products and components. You will read instructions, follow procedures, operate manual machines, and assemble parts to complete final products, ensuring quality and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years of experience, with a pay rate of $16.19/hour. You will handle tools and materials, inspect outputs, and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years experience as an assembler required.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions.
• Capable of using hand tools and machines.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition.
• Works well in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble components including plastic parts, ball screws, gears, and motors, including final assembly.
• Operate manual machines.
• Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures.
• Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process.
• Align material and put together parts to build more complex units.
• Check output to ensure highest quality.
• Maintain equipment in good condition.
• Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all company protocols, regulations and procedures.
• Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
• Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
• Test finished products for defects.
• All other duties as assigned.
