Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6+ months of assembly experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings/prints is preferred.
• Familiarity with standard power and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools based on prints, diagrams, and visual instructions.
• Work closely with other assemblers to build and connect product components.
• Follow technical instructions and interpret engineering blueprints and documentation.
• Collect materials and equipment needed to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production records including quantities and time tracking.
• Report defects or quality concerns to leadership.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace.
• Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
