Job summary

Reliance One, Inc. is seeking an Assembler for a long-term contract in Auburn Hills, MI. You will build products following engineering documents, perform Go/No-Go tests, and ensure parts meet customer specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to engineering documents, work orders, and production procedures.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Follow blueprints, specifications, and detailed work instructions.
• Perform quality checks and operator-based Go/No-Go testing as required.
• Monitor the quality of parts used during the assembly process.
• Operate computer systems to review schedules and update manufacturing status.
• Complete required paperwork, records, documentation, and reject tickets.
• Assist with training new employees and resolving production questions.
• Perform material handling activities as needed.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to productivity and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.
