Qualifications

• Active and valid driver's license with reliable daily transportation.
• Physical capacity to perform demanding labor including standing long periods and lifting 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in hot outdoor climates and maintain production.

Responsibilities

• Clean, edge, and prepare complex asphalt surfaces for sealcoat adhesion.
• Apply sealcoat with high-pressure systems and hand tools.
• Manage job-site logistics and materials safely.
• Adhere to safety protocols in challenging weather conditions.
• Maintain organized field layout to reduce hazards and maximize production.
• Collaborate with foreman to meet project timelines.
