Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience preferred, willingness to train available.
• Ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and templates.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Weinig 6-head molder for production.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and work orders.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot as needed.
