Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating a Weinig or similar industrial molder.
• Strong understanding of architectural millwork and custom profiles.
• Ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and profile templates.
• Knowledge of cutter head setup and material handling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust a Weinig 6-head molder for production runs.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production.
• Perform routine maintenance, blade changes, and troubleshooting.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, finish, and consistency.
