Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred.
• Proven experience in assembly, repair, or maintenance in an appliance-manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints and manuals; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assemble appliance components per blueprints and specs.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues that arise during assembly.
• Repair or replace faulty components to ensure functionality.
• Test finished appliances to verify repairs meet performance standards.
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects before and after repairs.
• Maintain records of repairs, issues found, and parts used for inventory and quality tracking.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
• Keep work area clean and organized; maintain tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to address recurring problems.
• Participate in meetings to discuss production goals and product improvements.
• Propose improvements to assembly and repair processes to increase efficiency.
