Qualifications

• Previous heat press or apparel decoration experience preferred.
• Ability to operate heat press equipment independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly detail-oriented and meticulous in production tasks.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate heat press equipment.
• Prepare garments and materials for production.
• Apply designs, logos, names, numbers, and other graphics accurately.
• Follow job orders and production specifications.
• Ensure proper placement, alignment, temperature, pressure, and timing.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Identify and correct production or quality issues.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Keep orders and materials organized throughout the production process.
