Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an experienced operator to run the anodize line with minimal supervision, ensuring adherence to procedures and safety. You will oversee tank temperatures and finishes, while maintaining accurate process logs and cleanliness.

The role involves cleaning anodize/etch tanks, reporting hazards, and supporting racking, un-racking, and oven operations in a production setting. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating anodize lines and related tanks.
• Ability to read running charts and follow tank procedures.
• Maintain logs and paperwork as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the anodize line with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate customer loads with tank usage to maximize efficiency.
• Follow tank procedures and monitor temperatures and finishes.
• Maintain required process logs and paperwork.
• Clean anodize and etch tanks as scheduled.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor and keep area clean.
• Assist with racking, un-racking, and oven operation.
