Capstone Precision Group is seeking a full-time Ammunition Loading Machine Operator for our Mesa, AZ facility. The role focuses on maintaining machine output, performing quality checks, and handling parts preparation and inspections.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, basic industrial maintenance knowledge, and the ability to read and follow safety rules, instructions, and procedures. Strong math skills and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Basic industrial maintenance knowledge; will be tested.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance sheets.
• Willingness to train and cross-train across departments.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and HESS policies.
• Read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Operate and maintain current machine output levels.
• Maintain extensive daily logs and performance charts.
• Identify incoming material and outgoing product.
• Use a scale and calipers accurately.
• Perform 5S; daily, weekly and monthly PMs on machines and repairs as needed.
• Work with supply chain to obtain needed parts and be a team player.
