Job summary

Capstone Precision Group is hiring a full-time Ammunition Loading Machine Operator for our Mesa, AZ facility. You will perform machine operations, parts preparation, loading of components, and quality inspections to maintain output levels and ensure product quality.

The role requires reading and following instructions, strong math and data-entry skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. We value safety, teamwork, and daily process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have basic industrial maintenance knowledge and will be tested at interview.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance check sheets, and procedure manuals.
• Experience running industrial machinery in a factory setting; operating ammo loading equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or in a group; management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and HES policies.
• Read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Operate and maintain current machine output levels.
• Maintain extensive daily logs and performance charts.
• Identify incoming material and outgoing product.
• Use a scale and calipers accurately; troubleshoot as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized department using 5S principles.
• Coordinate with supply chain to obtain needed parts; be a team player.
