Responsibilities

• Maintain productive alteration pace while allowing for breaks and non-tailoring tasks.
• Ensure garments meet quality standards with clean finishes and secure stitching.
• Press garments for a clean, crisp finish and maintain an organized workspace.
• Tag, organize, and prepare completed work for customer pickup.
• Assist with inventory management and replenishment of tailoring supplies as needed.
• Support front-of-house activities and assist customers as required.
• Provide tailoring insights to support sales staff and improve customer experience.
