Qualifications

• Proficient in standard alterations (hems, waist/seat, tapering, sleeve adjustments)
• Strong eye for detail and quality control in finishing
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy under guidance

Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations (pant hems, waist/seat, rise, tapering) per guidelines
• Press garments for a crisp finish and remove loose threads
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and proper tool storage
• Operate tailor shop equipment and ensure accurate tagging for pickup
• Assist customers and provide tailoring guidance during consultations
• Support inventory management and restock tailoring supplies as needed
• Collaborate with team to uphold company standards and safety protocols
