Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Alignment Technicians in the Hopewell Junction, NY area. Technicians will use advanced equipment to align new tires and wheels, measure and adjust angles, and perform related maintenance tasks to keep vehicles safe and running smoothly.

Responsibilities include state-mandated inspections, oil changes, and tire repairs, with opportunities for career growth in a large national service network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent education/training.
• State inspection license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment to ensure proper angles.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles for safe handling.
• Perform oil changes, filter changes and basic tire repairs as needed.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and other required vehicle services.
• Assist customers and maintain clean, organized work areas.
