Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician for our Aberdeen, MD center. Technicians use specialized equipment to align tires and wheels, measuring caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to ensure safe vehicle alignment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.
• Preferred state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment, adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, tire repairs, and other required automotive services.
• Assist customers and perform vehicle maintenance tasks as directed by the shop.
• Lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds as part of daily duties.
