Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at a Bel Air, MD area center. You will align tires and wheels using advanced equipment, adjust alignment parameters, and ensure vehicles travel straight and true.

You will also handle state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, and tire-related repairs, contributing to quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or related training.
• State inspection license preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and lift over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Use the latest equipment to align tires and wheels and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and ensure straight travel.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs, and perform other required automotive service or vehicle repairs.
