Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices, a leading automotive service and tire retailer, seeks a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician in the St Augustine, FL area. You will align tires, measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, and perform related maintenance tasks including oil changes and basic repairs to ensure safe, straight travel for customers’ vehicles.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of tire-related experience or training, can stand and lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Align tires to correct caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and ensure straight travel.
• Perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, and flat repairs as part of service cadence.
• Stand, walk, bend and lift items weighing over 50 pounds as part of daily duties.
