Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician in Gainesville, FL. You will align tires, measure and adjust angles, and perform related services to ensure vehicles travel straight and true.

The role requires 1 year of tire-related experience, ability to lift heavy items, and legal authorization to work in the United States. State inspection license is preferred, with competitive weekly pay and benefits offered by Mavis.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent experience
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• State inspection license preferred

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment and adjust caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles
• Perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, and flat repairs as needed
• Complete automotive service or vehicle repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks including lifting over 50 pounds
