Job summary

Dobbs Tire and Auto Centers in Arnold, MO is seeking an Alignment Technician for a full-time, on-site role. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of alignment technician experience or completion of a post-secondary automotive program in alignment.
• Proficient with wheel alignment racks, tire changers, wheel balancers, hydraulic jacks, and basic welding/testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Align wheels, axles, frames, torsion bars, and steering components to manufacturer specifications.
• Drive vehicles onto alignment racks and identify misalignments or worn components.
• Perform repairs and adjustments based on diagnostic findings.
• Mount and dismount tires and balance wheels using a balancing machine.
• Conduct state inspections and basic servicing tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety standards.
• Communicate findings clearly to customers and support shop goals.
