Job summary

GROWMARK, Inc. is seeking a Precision Agronomy & Operations Specialist in a dual-focused role bridging precision agronomy and hands-on fieldwork. You will assist with precision data, sales strategies, customer service, and operation of field application equipment.

Requires a 2-year agronomy degree or equivalent experience, CDL/Hazmat, and willingness to obtain CCA certification. Expect regular travel and seasonal long hours with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a 2-year college degree in agronomy or 2+ years in sales/marketing/applicator experience.
• Must possess or obtain and maintain a valid driver's license with a good record, CDL w/Hazmat, and a Commercial Applicator's License.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs, travel as needed, and work extended hours seasonally.
• Strong communication, math, and independent or team work abilities.
• Willingness to obtain CCA certification.

Responsibilities

• Learn and proficiently use GIS and planning/billing software.
• Manage and analyze customer field data to generate seasonal reports.
• Create variable rate fertilizer and planting prescriptions.
• Support sales strategies and territory development.
