Job summary

Quality Equipment seeks a Precision Ag Data Specialist to support agronomic solutions and analytics across our 35 store network in North Carolina. You will collaborate with the Precision Ag team to optimize John Deere technology, operations center tools, and data-driven decisions for customers.

Strong data analytics, training, and customer support are essential in this role. The position offers opportunities to grow within a large dealer network while maintaining a focus on local customer needs

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an agricultural-related role with sales, service, training or similar.
• Extremely organized and deadline-driven within a dealership.
• Driven to achieve results with high attention to detail.
• Solid communication skills for resolving customer issues.
• Demonstrate analytical and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participates in product presentations at customer clinics, pre-Expo Meetings, John Deere Days and other dealership meetings.
• Provides technical support and tracks billable time.
• Develops and delivers employee training for Operations Center and related tools.
• Manages adoption of new technology and product offerings.
• Supports advanced customer training for hardware and software such as Operations Center and Equipment Mobile.
• Maintains precision data services and offerings for the department.
• Promotes use of Operations Center organization by customers.
• Serves as the internal and external dealership specialist for the Precision Ag product line.
• Develops strategic initiatives using John Deere reporting metrics to drive growth and utilization.
• Creates and executes LEAD agronomic trials to drive data outcomes and sales.
