Job summary

Advantage-Manufacturing-of-Colorado-Springs is seeking an Industrial Painter to apply paint and coatings to precision metal components in a NADCAP-certified facility. You will prepare surfaces, mask, spray, and inspect parts to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, and safe handling of paints and chemicals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial painting, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
• Familiarity with NADCAP-certified or AS9100-compliant painting processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting work orders, blueprints, and process specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces for painting through cleaning, masking, sanding, and priming as required.
• Apply wet paint and coatings using spray guns and finishing equipment per specifications.
• Conduct visual inspections to verify quality, finish, and adherence to NADCAP/AS9100 requirements.
• Maintain records of paint usage, process parameters, and quality checks.
