Ontic in Chatsworth, CA is seeking Assemblers to build simple to moderate complexity aircraft parts. You will assemble sub-assemblies and assemblies per blueprints, perform in-process testing, and ensure workmanship meets customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, specifications and schematics.
• Experience using standard measuring tools (micrometers, indicators, height gauges).
• Ability to use volt meters, power supplies, hand presses and general hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build components per work instructions, blueprints, and specs daily.
• Perform in-process testing as required.
• Ensure quality workmanship and conformance to specs.
• Recommend changes to manufacturing instructions as needed.
• Meet daily production assignments and learn new products.
