Job summary

ADDMAN in Statesville, NC seeks an Additive Manufacturing Technician to set up, operate, clean, and maintain additive machines, ensuring efficient, contamination-free operations. Monday–Friday 7a-3:45p, and active participation in housekeeping for a safe facility.

The role requires adherence to ISO9001 and strong measurement/record-keeping skills, with ITAR restrictions applying to U.S. citizen status. You will be part of a capable team advancing additive manufacturing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a precision CNC machining, additive, or manufacturing environment.
• Previous aerospace quality experience.
• Experience with manufacturing / CNC machining processes.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate and perform daily as well as preventative maintenance on additive manufacturing machines.
• Strictly adheres to proper use of PPE.
• Ability to read, write, and record information (dates, serial numbers) critical to production.
• Handling inventory and keeping up with internal MOQ’s for materials.
• Calibrate equipment for changing materials and setups.
• Operate vapor smoothing equipment and fixturing for smoothing.
• Adhere to ISO9001 standards and internal quality procedures.
• Proper disposal of hazardous waste.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and housekeeping routines.
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
