Job summary

Nice North America is seeking a detail-oriented Parcel Packer to support warehouse operations and ensure accurate shipment of Nice products. You will monitor parcels, document using standard software, and coordinate with the Parcel Lead to resolve discrepancies.

The role emphasizes safety, organization, and adherence to 5S principles. Monday–Friday 9:00 am–5:30 pm, with occasional Saturdays; pay is $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-6 months of prior warehouse/packing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety and quality instructions in English.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime with little notice.
• Proven ability to multi-task and set priorities.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flow of the assembly line by checking each parcel to ensure correct items are shipped.
• Monitor and document parcel packages using the designated desktop program.
• Coordinate with Parcel Lead to resolve discrepancies.
• Organize workspace for safety, teamwork, and efficiency.
• Perform 5S walk-throughs in the assigned area before departing.
• Follow established safety procedures and department policies.
• Perform related duties as required.
