Job summary

Nice North America is seeking a Parcel Packer to support warehouse operations and ensure accurate distribution of Nice products. The role emphasizes careful parcel inspection, orderly packing, and adherence to safety protocols within the production environment.

You will monitor parcels with desktop software, coordinate with the Parcel Lead to resolve discrepancies, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend verbal and written safety and quality instructions in English.
• Candidates must be willing to work flexible shift hours and day, afternoon, or night shift as well as overtime hours on those shifts with little notice.
• Proven ability to multi-task, set project priorities and objectives for self.
• Ability to use a computer, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to either stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, push, pull, reach, grab, turn, twist, and/or stoop.
• Ability to grab small parts or hand tools with hands.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the flow of the assembly line by effectively and efficiently checking each parcel package to ensure that the correct items are being shipped to the customer.
• Monitors and documents parcel packages using the correct desktop program.
• Communicates with the Parcel Lead to resolve any discrepancies.
• Organizes workspace for optimal safety, teamwork, and efficiency.
• Performs a 5S walk throughout assigned area before departing.
• Understands, supports, and executes all work in a safe manner using established procedures and safety requirements.
• Implements and maintains department policies and standards.
• Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
