Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints and process sheets.
• Follow established work instructions and sequence of operations.
• Use hand and power tools and inspection equipment.
• Disassemble and replace parts; stage for painting when required.
• Enter data into production records and logs.
• Verify conformance of parts to specifications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reimbursement for PPE.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines such as press, stamping, spot welding, cutting and trimming.
• Assemble parts using designated machinery and processes to meet specs, schedules and quality.
• Fit, trim, align, and adjust parts and attach hardware and seals.
• Read and interpret blueprints and sketches.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Test completed parts per quality standards.
• Fasten parts with bolts, screws, rivets or fasteners.
• Operate overhead crane and forklift.
