Job summary

DynaFlex is seeking skilled Lab Technicians to join our production team, creating custom orthodontic and sleep apnea devices used by clinicians worldwide.

This role is ideal for individuals with manufacturing, assembly, or detailed hands-on experience who thrive in a clean, structured environment with long-term growth potential. Starting pay ranges from $16 to $20 per hour, with a 90-day evaluation and opportunities for skill-based increases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or similar hands-on roles preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assembly and finishing work on custom oral devices.
• Use tools and techniques such as trimming, polishing, forming, and wire work.
• Read and follow detailed work instructions and specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in production processes.
