Job summary

Brink's Global Services USA, Inc. in Springfield Gardens, NY is seeking a Precious Metals Clerk to monitor, verify, and process inbound and outbound shipments within an armed environment.

You will sort shipments, check inventory, and maintain precise records in a secure facility. The role requires handling of high-value metals, compliance with security protocols, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping and receiving experience or related logistics experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid firearms permit or ability to obtain one.
• Possess a valid guard card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Accept and deliver shipments of precious metals at the facility.
• Audit and verify inventory against paperwork.
• Check in inbound shipments against documentation.
• Prepare shipments of precious metals for outbound transport.
• Coordinate with Global Services supervisors and operations staff.
• Ensure all forms and packages are properly handled and filed.
