• Epic experience or familiarity.
• Experience in pre-registration or prior authorization preferred.
• Strong communication and data entry accuracy required.

Responsabilidades

• Works daily reports to pre-register/pre-certify hospital services.
• Conducts telephone interviews to collect demographic and payer data.
• Enters patient data into the registration system with accuracy.
• Verifies third-party payer eligibility, certificate and group numbers, co-pays and deductibles.
• Collaborates with clinics, ancillary departments, and financial advisors to address insurance issues.
• Contact patients and payers to resolve issues and obtain approvals when needed.
