• At least one year of patient access, insurance verification, prior authorization, or related experience (required).
• 3 years of prior authorization or related experience (preferred).
• Medical Terminology preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and assemble clinical documentation to support medical necessity for procedures and orders.
• Submit authorizations and related information to payers in a timely manner.
• Coordinate patient encounters using various systems and eligibility verification tools.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the patient record.
• Respond to inquiries from patients, providers, and payer representatives promptly and professionally.
