The role requires PCI Level I QC certification or ACI Grade I with plant experience, and involves travel to multiple plants with per diem as needed.

Qualifications

• PCI Level I QC certification or ACI Grade I with plant experience.
• Reads shop drawings and tensioning calculations.
• Comfortable with early production schedule and plant hours.
• Honest and precise with numeric data.

Responsibilities

• Perform form and reinforcement inspections before pours.
• Verify strand tensioning records against calculated values.
• Run fresh concrete tests (slump, air, temp, unit weight) and cast cylinders.
• Inspect finished products for dimensions, camber, finish and defects before shipment.
• Maintain accurate records per PCI and DOT standards.
