Job summary

High Concrete Group LLC is hiring a Precast Form Builder for the 1st shift at 7:00 AM in Springboro, Ohio. Pay starts at $21.25 per hour and increases with experience.

Responsibilities include constructing forms from blueprints, laying out materials, assembling forms, and ensuring production schedules are met. Qualified candidates should have carpentry or framing experience, blueprint-reading skills, basic math, and proficiency with hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Previous carpentry, cabinet-making, construction or framing experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 in.
• Proven experience using handheld carpentry and power tools to build structures.

Responsibilities

• Constructing forms from blueprints for precast concrete pieces inside the facility.
• Managing layout, cutting raw materials, assembling forms, nailing, measuring, and confirming layouts.
• Ensure support of precast piece detail changes to meet daily production schedule.

We are currently hiringPrecast Form Builder to join our 1st-shift - 7:00AM start time in Springboro, Ohio

Pay Rates start at $21.25 per hour and up depending on experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Constructing forms from blueprints for the production of precast concrete pieces inside our facility
• Managing all aspects of the layout, cutting of raw materials, assembly of forms, nailing, measuring and confirming dimensional layouts
• Ensuring the support of precast piece detail changes to ensure the team meets the daily production schedule.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• previous carpentry, cabinet-making, construction or framing experience
• experience reading and interpreting blueprints
• basic math skills along with the ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch
• proven experience using handheld carpentry and power tools to build structures
• the commitment to working in a team-focused environment
• a strong work ethic with a passion for creating high quality work with top-level safety awareness
