Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking a Precast Construction Carpenter to build, install, and repair forms for precast concrete products. You will read blueprints, measure materials, and create precise forms using wood, plywood, and wallboard with hand and power tools.

You’ll also install embedded items, ensure bracing and alignment, and work closely with production, engineering, and QC teams to resolve issues. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and pride in finishing tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Construct, assemble, and repair wooden or metal forms for precast products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials.
• Install embedded items and inserts according to design specs.
• Ensure forms are braced, aligned, and secured before concrete placement.
• Strip forms after curing and prepare them for reuse.
• Maintain tools and keep work areas clean and safe.
