Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a manufacturing associate in Wilsonville, OR to support the production of precast concrete products to the highest quality standards.

You will join a team that strips and cleans forms, prepares molds, and performs basic carpentry while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and meeting daily production goals. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read and use basic measuring tools.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
